AdNet Annual Conference Refund Policy
AdNet is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization committed to supporting philanthropic service professionals at community foundations through professional development, networking, and shared learning. Our annual conference is planned and implemented by a team of volunteers from the AdNet board and AdNet members at large, working with a small event planning firm. We strive to keep our annual conference affordable and accessible to all members, while maintaining the highest quality of sessions and networking opportunities and ensuring the financial sustainability of the event.
 
Due to the nature of conference planning, many of our expenses—such as venue rental, hotel accommodation, speaker fees, and catering—must be paid in advance. As a result, our ability to absorb cancellations is limited.
 
Refunds for conference registrations will be issued for requests submitted in writing on or before 5:00 pm Eastern Time on January 16, 2026 to the Conference Management Team via email at [email protected]. A non-refundable administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and will be issued to the original form of payment.
 
After the deadline, if a registrant is no longer able to attend, conference registrations may be transferred to a colleague. Credits toward future conferences are not available. No-shows and cancellations after 5:00 pm Eastern Time on January 16, 2026 are not eligible for refunds.
